Andrew Kostuik is an Creative Developer based out of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. He co-founded Overtheatlantic (OTA) at the age of 20. At the agency he served as Creative Technologist working with clients across a spectrum of sectors. Under his direction his projects have received national and international attention.

Andrew joined NORCAT in 2013 and since that time he has brought an entirely new level of quality to NORCAT’s products and brand. Andrew has made achievements in leading the Studio NORCAT core development teams in visual arts and software development, developing VR, AR , software and applications.

He is involved in all aspects of development of Studio NORCAT products, ensuring quality and production are world class. Andrew has been an integral part in developing Studio NORCAT and the products that come from it and he continues to keep NORCAT on the bleeding edge in training and development.
