Andrew began exploring computing in his teens, teaching himself web development, interactive media, and game design through personal and freelance projects. By his early twenties he had built a portfolio across web, mobile, and installation work, co-founded a boutique digital studio, and led multidisciplinary teams on projects from branded microsites to experimental games. This varied, hands-on experience with multiple platforms and toolchains sharpened his cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
Since joining NORCAT in 2013, Andrew has significantly enhanced the quality and innovation of NORCAT’s products and brand, leveraging his expertise in visual arts, VR, AR, and application development. He leads the core development teams at Studio NORCAT, focusing on creating immersive, interactive experiences that support high-quality training and skill development.
